DROP Option (Deferred Retirement Option Plan)- you are given a lump sum. Please consider investing this money to avoid tax penalties. At any time this plan can go away.

All pension loans must be paid in full or the remaining amount will be deducted.

Norma suggested that you should start your retirement procedure at least eight weeks before you plan to retire.

Hunter Murphy - presented retirement and investment books available in the system.  He distributed a handout of bibliographic information that included the call number, title, and author.  He also gave a brief review of some of the titles and showed two websites that are good for reviewing.  One is on the AVL databases, Morningstar and the other one is www.fool.com

Debbie suggested that libraries should consider putting up displays from the summer reading lists to advertise books.

The next presenter was Robert Jones while  Richard Manoske navigated.  He presented a very, very detailed demonstration on how to access PBwiki (www.pbwiki.com) and how to edit a page.  He also demonstrated how to insert plugin for videos, chats, photos, and youtube.  How to perform all the things that were shown can be found on the Pbwiki Front Page.
