Meeting was called to order at 9:10 am by Mary Stewart.

Announcements:

Irene Harve reminded everyone about the Alabama Bound Brunch on Friday, April 17th @ 10:30 am.  If you are planning on attending, please send Irene an e-mail.

Mary Stewart introduced Melonie Solkol from the Exchange Club Family Skill Center gave a presentation on Dealing with Difficult Patrons.  She recommended Mark Willis' book, Dealing with Difficult People in the Library.
